"Ramen: Dreams and Beyond" featured as lecturers Bay Area ramen trailblazers Maru Maruyama of Ippudo and Orenchi and Mark Kuribara of Hinodeya.

They spoke about their experiences and challenges bringing ramen to the U.S.
