HRTech is a combination of Human Resources and Technology.
The year of 2019 is said to be the year that this word has spread to the world so that it can be said to be the first year of HRtech.
Collectively, HRtech is often thought of as a solution that improves efficiency in areas that previously required labor, such as recruitment, labor management, and salary management, due to the spread of technologies such as AI and RPA. Services that innovate in new ways of working such as working in time and side work, and compensation systems such as salary payments, have come to a broad base.
Such efficiency and new ways of working may be a new starting point for the utilization of human resources for many companies that want to create talent shortages and new innovations.
As the concept and mechanisms of work and management change drastically, why not think about the future use of human resources with cutting-edge startups in HR Tech?
The event will begin with a panel discussion by leading startups in HR Tech, and continue with a seminar by the CEO of a listed company.
On the day of the event, participants can submit questions to the speakers from their personal devices using QR codes distributed at venues nationwide. Questions from the audience will stimulate richer and more productive conversation.
After the lecture, we will hold a networking party to facilitate interaction among participants.
It will be an opportunity to exchange information with startups, major corporations, and venture companies in diverse fields.
We will also connect fabbit bases nationwide (Otemachi, Aoyama, Hachioji, Sakae, Osaka Honmachi, Kobe Sannomiya, Hiroshima, Across Fukuoka) and Compass Kokura, as well as the overseas Philippines, via LIVE. You can participate in the venue.
